Position at Ingram Micro

The Sales Order Administration agent will provide high quality order processing experience to all Ingram Micro customers on a daily basis, achieving the SLAs on productivity and quality.

Their process starts from the moment the customer’s purchase order is received, until the SOA agents validates with the warehouse that the order has been shipped.

To do that, the SOA agent will use internal Ingram Micro tools.

Typical order processing scenarios are related to customer needs regarding licensing, volume, networking, advance solutions.

Major Responsibility : Sales Order Management

  • Quick and effective tending to customers’ requirements, achieving SLA’s on productivity and quality.
  • Request support and / or interaction of other departments when needed.
  • Escalate cases when interdepartmental SLA’s are not met.
  • Think smart, trying to find new ways to offer a better service to our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes in order to increase our capabilities and be more efficient.
  • Major Responsibility : Follow up / pending orders

  • Track and follow-up on all pending purchase orders which include but are not limited to :
  • Order Validation
  • Order Creation
  • Order Management
  • Release Order
  • Validate WH shipment to customer.
  • Provides the customer his / her invoice.
