Our multicultural Payroll Controllership (PC) team is looking for a for a strong leader that will take ownership and drive change in a dynamic global business environment.

About you

You must be responsive, proactive, and flexible; be able to earn and develop the trust of others to challenge and initiate innovative process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have problem solving skills as well as payroll process and systems knowledge along with technical skills for automation (MS Access and MS Excel Office, VBA, macros, knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

As a member of the PC team, you will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead or represent Payroll Controllership in projects to drive payroll improvements and / or automation of Payroll controls and processes.
  • Conduct research and analyze results to suggest improvement and automation activities.
  • Lead efforts in analyzing, collecting, and prioritizing user requirements, and translate business requirements into technical design and deliver final automated product.
  • Cooperate or lead teams across business units (IT, HR, Finance and Accounting, Payroll Operations and support team) on different projects and ensure that best practices are followed and implemented via automated product.
  • Have the ability to recommend and design work around solutions when necessary.
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure implemented solution meets defined success criteria.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders, in a manner that enables them to have a common understanding of the product status, risks, and decision points of system or process changes.
  • 2+ years of relevant automation's finance / payroll experience.
  • Technical skills of automation with MS Access and MS Excel Office, MS SharePoint,VBA, macros, knowledge of SQL, Tableau and / or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and solving problems skills, proactive with attention to detail and quick learner.
  • Proactive behavior, sense for innovation, experience with improvement projects.
  • A strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills, including assertive communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive.
  • Payroll processing experience would be an advantage.
  • Controllership background would be an advantage.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language.
