We are looking for an exceptional teammate to join the newly created M&A Finance team to support all aspects of M&A lifecycle from Finance side.
We are seeking a results-oriented team member with strong finance / accounting knowledge, effective communication skills, and experience leading cross functional projects to drive shared objectives and detailed plans.
This person should be able to think at a 100,000 ft strategic altitude as well dive into the operational nuts & bolts.
What you'll Do
Be a centralized finance point of contact throughout the deal lifecycle including deal construct / close, integration, post-close value capture.
Own M&A integration budget across the company; building and cultivating strong relationships with integration partners at all levels.
Coordinate with Finance due diligence team & IMO, to clarify and share all findings and impacts with relevant teams.
Partner with BU FP&A teams to evaluate the rationale and financial merits of M&A opportunities. Review & provide suggestions to A2S model in terms of growth trajectory and synergy opportunities.
Develop and deliver detailed FP&A integration plans incl. creating integration plan, organizing Day 1 activities, and implementing integration activities through plan completion.
Facilitate discussions across finance and cross-functional workstreams to clarify interdependencies, "connect the dots", and handle critical deliverables
Build out & evolve FP&A M&A integration toolset (e.g. playbooks, process flows, dashboards.)
Supervise 1-2 team members.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
10+ years of combined experience in Finance, Corp Dev, investment banking or related functions with a focus on the Technology sector.
M&A / deal experience (e.g. corp dev, due diligence, integration, post-integration) required. CPA preferred.
Significant experience with the Finance function of large complex organizations. Ability to explain Finance / Accounting concepts to non-Finance / Accounting teams.
Familiarity with deal closes processes and financial implications of various deal structures
Exceptional program management skills and excels at leading multiple projects concurrently
Exceptional EQ, proven influencing skills with experience operating in an unstructured environment. Strong written and spoken communicator.
Strategic problem solver. Proactive self-starter. Calm and agile in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. High learning agility.
Strong financial modeling skills & fluent with Excel.
