As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will :
Strategize with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to influence and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
Develop, review, and deliver product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to Adobe's Creative and Document Cloud Offerings
Enable Adobe's global Deal Desk with up-to-date communication on any Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes that would impact deals they support
Drive and actively participate in projects within Revenue Operations to advocate for continuous improvement in the quote to cash processes
What you need to succeed
Deal Desk, Operations, Revenue Operations, or other related experience
Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and make recommendations to collaborators
Experience in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify and tackle problems and work to drive steps to resolution
Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Bachelors in Finance / Business Administration / Operations or industry-specific experience (3-5 years’ experience)
