What you’ll do :
Grow, develop and lead a team of talented HR Program managers based in the US
Drive operational excellence and global alignment across talent processes & systems to align with Adobe's overall priorities
Engage, build and cultivate relationships with cross functional partners across Employee Experience including Diversity, Talent Insights, Talent Marketing, Global Mobility, Compensation, Payroll and Legal
Meet with key stakeholders on a recurring basis to understand needs, prioritize technology enhancement, uncover opportunities for improvement and automation
Drive programs for systems and tools improvement initiatives particularly related to Workday to ensure the ATS is optimized
Identify risks, evaluate options, recommend approaches and mitigations to realize full potential of ATS
What you need to succeed :
5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Project Management and / or Talent Operations roles, 2+ years in leading teams
Bachelor's in Business, Information Systems or relevant field
Deep understanding of recruiting systems and platforms and how best to achieve full optimization and adoption. Workday Recruiting is a plus
Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze sophisticated problems and propose solutions despite technical and operational constraints
Customer orientation and superb communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with both technical and functional audiences
