As a General Manager, you’ll responsible for the Franchise Operation (Including Commercial, Finance and Marketing areas).
This position represents the company to the bottlers in Honduras and El Salvador, building partnership with them to design plans ensuring local relevance and alignment with overall business.
What You’ll Do for Us
Implement revenue growth opportunities / solutions
Identify organizational capabilities required to achieve business plan targets
Align Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) targets
Ensure assets investments to capture growth opportunities (CDE, Returnable Bottle, Prospera Customers, New production Lines, VTM Models, etc.)
Coordinate Multifunctional team across Enterprise
Lead ABI Team (Bottler)
Champion Networking way of working
Qualification & Requirements
10 years of experience in Direction roles in Franchise Leadership, Operations or Commercial Areas, in FMCG industry (Highly preferred).
Franchise experience, working with bottlers and / or distributors (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (Engineer, Business Management, finance), Master’s degree preferred
Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.
Build value relationships (Networking)
Adaptability / flexibility : Comfortable with ambiguity.
Project Management and Follow up
Finance and Business Case Building Acumen : to translate data and insights to help inform key business decisions
Franchise leadership / negotiation : to drive better conversations into practical applications.
Systemic thinking : Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Capable to work and adapt within a multi-cultural environment.
