Amazon's Advertising Design Scaled Services team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Art Director to conceptualize and create brand focused storefronts on Amazon.
They will support the program by assessing and raising the creative bar for Brand Stores and providing creative direction to others.
As an Art Director on Stores, you are passionate about visual customer experience, and delivering world-class graphic solutions.
You're driven to design brand stories that connect with customers and take delight in building brand presence from the ground up.
You are both imaginative and pragmatic. You have an inventor’s spirit, a beautifully-tuned eye, a demonstrated proficiency in brand design, experience moving projects from concept to successful execution and an ability to help your team do the same.
You will work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new business and build Amazon baskets.
Prior experience in an agency or media environment creating advertisements for global brands is required as is a passion for visual customer experience.
You have demonstrated success by translating business goals to an inspiring creative direction. You’ve proven that you start with the customer in your thinking, understanding that what you do is critical to creating a successful, consistent shopping experience.
As a candidate, you will have a comprehensive understanding of graphic design processes and software, specifically for graphic production, along with an expertise in digital marketing.
Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail, an autonomous self-starter attitude and an excellent ability to communicate.
An online portfolio and previous design experience are required.
