You will be working with the Americas practice leader in a highly agile and multifaceted environment. In this role, you will collaborate with Enterprise customers to enable Adobe Sign onboarding and provide support and standard methodology around functionality, implementation, and integrations of the Adobe Sign product.
What you’ll do :
Lead all aspects of a portfolio of Americas accounts including delivery templates, methodology, and go-to-market
Help customers understand and build electronic signature capabilities and handle change
Understand Adobe Sign features and functionality and turn-key integrations and how it can be applied to the customer’s business needs
Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined scope and successful realization of key business objectives and metrics
Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.
Continually set customer expectations and project scope while mitigating risks
Lead the delivery team on a day-to-day basis, maintain the project plan, and coordinate the delivery process to keep projects on track
Elevate and inspire your team through effective partnership
Maintain communication with the customer and internal teams, from engineering teams to C-level executives
Apply Adobe’s consulting methodology and drive continuous improvements in our processes
Partner with client success teams to drive activation and adoption
Communicate any trends seen to help improve the overall customer experience
Grow as a leader in one of the most exciting and multifaceted technology fields today
What you need to succeed
3-6 years of experience leading client-facing projects in a consulting and / or technology professional services organization
Experience building delivery templates and methodology
MBA or relevant advanced degree or project management certification preferred
Positive attitude and collaborative spirit!
Strong executive presence, including the ability to partner with and effectively influence client managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs
Experience with creative workflows
Experience with Enterprise software deployment tools
Creative problem solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
Proven organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability absorb new concepts quickly
Upbeat personality!
Familiarity with Adobe’s three cloud solutions preferred
Experience with one or more of the following preferred : technology / software / SAAS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including running Agile projects), technology project management and governance
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
