Kareo is searching for a data-driven specialist who is eager to help improve conversion rates across a variety of marketing channels.
Work with the marketing team to test and improve landing pages, banner ads, and e-mail templates to help drive more leads to our sales teams and growth for Kareo.
Flex your creative muscles (while working within our brand guidelines) and take ownership of the conversion rate optimization roadmap.
Your Area of Focus
Own the creation of landing pages, banner ads, e-mail templates, and other testing components
Setup and execution of A / B, multivariate, multi-page tests
Work closely with team members to achieve lead targets through testing projects
Ongoing competitive analysis to uncover the latest trends and new test opportunities
Full-funnel reporting on tests from impressions and clicks to closed-won deals and MRR
Fluent English (CEFR B2+) verbal and written communication skills
4+ years of experience in web development and design comfortable creating landing pages, banner ads, and e-mail templates
1+ years of experience with conversion rate optimization, A / B, multi-variate testing
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics
Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas to test
Experience with landing page testing tools like Unbounce, Optimizely, Convert, VWO (a strong plus)
