We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst focused on accounting and transformation that has working knowledge on accounting, financial statement analysis and business analysis;
also, a professional that will require to strategically unpack transformation solutions while leading and coaching local and global teams who are key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
These include coaching analysts within the team to guide them by removing roadblocks, empowering others, and suggesting innovative transformation solutions.
The accounting team partners closely with a diverse group of Intel stakeholders including Systems owners to align and maintain processes through transform solutions.
The role partners with the accounting business process owner and financial professionals from around the globe including the Malaysia Shared Service Center Accounting team.
In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to :
Develop automation projects throughout all its phases to a successful implementation.
Partner with global automation and system teams such as Blackline, SAP, Business transformation unit, accounting transformation unit and Information Technology.
Deliver recurrent updates to management and stakeholders about automation projects' status.
Support general accounting activities related to the automation solutions.
Participate in the assessment and implementation of new technologies for finance.

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements :
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
1+ years of experience in Robotics / Automation processes.
Fluent level of English, written and verbal.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and Power Query.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of any of the following : Visual Basic, Power Apps, UiPath, Knime, SQL, Python
Knowledge of SAP.
Project management knowledge.
