The Human Resources Operations Supervisor will oversee all processes and sub processes related to a designated function including maintenance and control of policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for assuring quality of the services provided by the team and their timely support in terms of human resources administration such as employee relations, time and attendance, learning and development and processing employee inquiries.
Plan, organize and control the operations and work activities of the team.
Closely monitor performance metrics using technology and tools to ensure quality service and timely actions.
Drive continuous improvement efforts for internal processes to standardize, simplify and automate the tasks needed to enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate input processes in a timely manner, including elaborating activities, schedules, defining responsibilities, following process execution and intervening if needed to ensure payroll service quality.
Partner with teams to define opportunities, needs, roles and responsibilities, work schedules teams dedicated to grow the business.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time and attendance, leave management, worker’s compensation and employee health and safety
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
English Level at B2+
Proficiency in Office (Excel strong abilities)
Lean Six Sigma
Three + years of people management experience
Experience in finance or human resources
