The Production / Material Planner is responsible for the scheduling, planning and order allocation for components of the STG Worldwide Operation Business, including branches as China and Cebu as well.

Besides this, there are complementary tasks that should take care of :

  • Establish and maintains inventory level requirements according to demand (Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory levels based on changes in demand and market trends).
  • Establish procedures and business rules to manage exceptions : backorders, special orders of custom product, delayed / incomplete delivery of orders.
  • Prepare inventory control reports for Management.
  • Analyze data, communicate with internal / external parties, and make decisions on ordering and replenishing inventory.
  • Conduct current and future forecasting analysis (Measure and improve forecast accuracy).
  • Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning and inventory management processes and systems.
  • Correct application either an accurate quantity of components to be acquired by last time buy action or disposal when purchasing is not required
  • Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

  • Advanced student in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree
  • Forecasting and Inventory control skills
  • Processes Oriented
  • Team Work
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in relate positions is desired
  • Good English Communication skills (internal and external)
  • Advanced Excel Skills
