About the Team : The Product Management and Product Marketing Management team is responsible for delighting our customers with products that resolve their pains and give them competitive advantage gains.

Looking at the technology trends and market landscape, guidance and direction to get there before others is our part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for marketing of the RF Delivery Systems PCT San Jose product line (capacitors, matching networks and RF generators).
  • Responsible for making a winning marketing strategy and tactical plans for all products in PCT San Jose. This includes timelines, pricing, value propositions, promotion and go-to-market.
  • Ownership of Market Intelligence by research, analysis, validation to deliver segmentation, benchmarking, market share, at industry and product level, in order to identify new opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze competitive information, including performance, pricing, SWOT, VOC.
  • Creating and supporting Sales tools and training : product presentations, value selling.
  • Positioning & Branding aligned and in coordination with the corporate strategy and marketing communications.
  • Collaborative Leader : You demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • You are not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and the intensity of this industry. You use excellent judgment and have high standards that meet and exceed the Comet brand and image and are never satisfied with the status quo.

    Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing of semiconductor equipment.
  • BS in Engineering or related field; MBA and experience in plasma applications preferred.
  • Experience leading a marketing and marcom team.
  • Knowledge of product & go-to-market strategy, analytics, development and planning.
  • Experience working directly with customers and industry leaders.
  • Proven and demonstrated superb and influential verbal and written communication skills.
