  • Work with Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to obtain and understand position requirements.
  • Craft and send recruiting emails to candidates as well as keep recruiting team informed at all stages of sourcing
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (i.e., LinkedIn)
  • Identify high-caliber talent qualified against position requirements using various sourcing techniques and present those candidates in an organized, trackable way for hiring managers and recruiters
  • Develop high-quality talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interview logistics.
  • Facilitate effective and close communication between the candidates and recruiter.
  • Monitor and proactively maintain recruiting resources.
  • Move candidates, disposition candidates, and close requisitions in our applicant tracking system (Workday).
  • As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for :

  • Sourcing experience from an international diversified business, in combination with exposure from a Shared Services Centre environment or an agency would be beneficial.
  • Experience Sourcing on a Regional Level is required
  • Excellent English skills
  • Advanced Portuguese level
  • Candidate-centric mindset
  • Understanding of the importance of a strong employer brand in the recruitment
  • Track record in implementing Diversity & Inclusion at the core of Talent Acquisition & Attraction initiatives / projects
  • Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates
