Job Description Summary :

Location : Flexible within LATAM

Responsible for all deliverables to support Commercial Finance Customer Analysis team.

This role will provide support to the LATAM Customer Analysis Lead and will be networked with Financial Services / Platform Services Commercial Finance Tower and the Genpact team.

Main responsibility will be assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables (e.g., Customer P&Ls, Customer Contract Analysis) related to all customer processes.

Also, will manage routines with OU and GP teams, and assist Customer Analysis CoE Lead in the implementation of process improvements designed for the region.

The Customer Analysis Manager LATAM will report to the Customer Analysis CoE Lead, in Commercial Finance Tower of Platform Services.

What You’ll Do for Us

Geographic scope : LATAM

Manage and lead routines with Genpact team to improve Customer processes deliverables quality and timeliness.

Implement new or additional controls over deliverables to assure reduction in errors and increase quality metrics.

Implement and lead identified process improvement opportunities.

Collaborates and fosters relationships with LATAM Operating Unit and other hubs within Financial Services / Platform Services to deliver initiatives.

Networks across the Financial Services Commercial Finance hub to ensure that successful practices are shared and employed to drive efficiency.

Ensures quality of information provided to stakeholders through validations, consistency & review routines

Works with stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of related work experience in Commercial Finance (Customer knowledge will be a plus), Process Improvement and Project Management.

Capability of working independently, leading and managing projects and processes, while coaching lower-level professionals.

Experience in reporting, involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across business stakeholders.

Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

Advanced communication and influence skills in the context of both external business partners (our bottlers) and internal leadership

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.

Capability to virtually work across cultures. Experience in this matter is a plus.
