The role will be responsible for supporting Global teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders and peers who are spread across different GEO's (AMER, EMEA, and APJ).

The position requires the Support Specialist I to be a self-starter with strong drive, analytical, technical, communication and training skills, who is comfortable driving business conversations and solutions with business executives and distributed teams, at all levels of the organization.

Success in the Role : What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? + Lead business solutions taking complete ownership of the process query+ Provide support to business teams including identifying and analysis of data issues, data reconciliation in business tools and answering inquires+ Partner closely with IT teams on functional requirements and design to drive successful end-state solutions and user experiences.

  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies through support case analysis, cross-functional partnership, and process reengineering+ Direct stakeholder engagement with business teams and management of stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform data analysis - root cause analysis, identifying trends and key drivers of metrics.+ Support communication, training, and documentation to enable successful user adoption The Work : What type of work will you be doing?
  • What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? You will be collaborating with business teams to deliver entitlement and licensing data solutions, that drive business value.

    Harlet has 12 years of experience in Licensing Management portfolio. She has strong technical and data management background in Oracle systems, Stakeholder Management, Documentation & Stakeholder / Process Trainings / Legal / ContractsThe Corporate Systems Operation team consists of Twenty-one team members located in India, Ireland, and Costa Rica, focused on enhancing the overall customer data experience and ensure flawless business transactions by providing solutions related to customer Entitlement and Subscription Data challenges.
