As General Manager, you will be acting as the CEO of your market. You are responsible for the development and growth of a new and fast growing business.
We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to get into the weeds and analyze even the most specific of details, while having the commercial skills to work closely with our restaurant and CPG partners, in addition to having the strategic and entrepreneurial skills to take Rappi to the next level.
You have the unique opportunity to grow and scale Rappi's strategy, marketing, operations, while also managing your market’s P&L.
We’re looking for someone who has the operational ability to get stuff done, the creative entrepreneurial spirit necessary to problem solve in a rapidly evolving industry, and the leadership skills to inspire and develop a large team of people.
Required skills and experience
8+ years of experience in operations or marketing
A desire to take ownership of goal-setting and deliver ambitious targets

What you’re going to do
Build Rappi Mexico by taking ownership of your team and your region’s success
You’ll be responsible for a team of high-performing territory managers, each striving to grow Rappi in their own territory
Design and execute regional objectives based on data and insights to ensure the continued growth and success of the company in Mexico
Ensure that the expectations of the business are delivered to our partners via your team
Ensure the best experience for our users, partners, and Rappitenderos
Work alongside key business stakeholders to help set short, medium and long term growth initiatives for the company
