Accounting and record keeping systems for the stand-up of the SSC, including payroll, general ledger, Corporate reporting, expense reporting, ABC metrics, overtime and headcount control, etc.
In collaboration with Human Resources, oversees the payroll process
Prepares monthly financial statements, projections and budgets in accordance with Corporate deadlines
Prepares and submits periodic financial reports on assigned topics as requested
Prepares and oversees all Free Trade Zone and tax related filings, including audit preparation
Administers SSC budget
Serves as office procurement leader to assure appropriate vendors are engaged when required
Oversees and collaborates with building landlord re : maintenance needs
Orders, receives, distributes and inventories office supplies
Ensures office equipment is maintained
Supports meetings, teleconferences and webcasts, coordinates meeting logistics
Responds to general internal customer requests
Participates in team projects as required
Other duties as required
