In this position, you will be responsible and not limited to ensure correct management and accounting of the Brightstar incentive accruals.
In addition, maintain adequate control and booking of credit memos received from vendors and intercompany. Analyze and propose JE’s to reclass and accrue expense based on budget and / or forecast allocations and expense.
Ensure timely posting with accounting department and follow up with all areas. The candidate must have accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL transactions and accounting cycle.
Develop, analyze, and maintain reserves process control, and a robust reporting analysis package, providing analysis of special reserves, credit memo process.
Support to operations and commercial teams to ensure the CM and reserve process flow on time. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
