In this role you will be responsible for performing security risk assessment reviews of Equifax third parties, reviewing documentation related to the security controls that the organization, holistically, has implemented in their environment(s).
Based on the results of the security risk assessment review, may conduct further investigation into the activities of the customer related to their access to and use of Equifax data.
What you’ll do
Perform security risk assessments on Equifax third parties, conduct analysis of customer documentation and document actions needed and follow through on these actions.
Prepare written communications informing of specific security risk assessment results and actions being taken or requested by Equifax.
Interacting with stakeholders from multiple business units in all countries where Equifax operates on security issues / risk assessments, which require excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Provide assistance and execute projects related to the team’s process when required.
What experience you need
Fluent English and Spanish written and verbal skills. (B2+ / C1)
High school diploma.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Intermediate experience / knowledge of Excel.
What could set you apart
Previous experience working in a security department, data center, or software development environment.
Currently holding or actively working towards information security certifications / courses including but not limited to CISA.
Experience using spreadsheets including pivot tables. (Google Sheets experience.)
