Partners with Workstream Leads and Subject Matter Experts to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with implementation of Procurement To-Be Template processes for the Downstream - Direct Procurement workstream .

Supports the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through execution of deployment activi ties including testing, training, data conversion , cut over and hyper care within the Procurement function .

Assists with other Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to achieve deployment milestones.

Supports timely completion of project activities

Understand the ir business process in scope of the end-to-end process and collaborates across process areas to ensure end-to-end solution adoption

Compile recommendations on process adjustments , new potential technologies, or other areas of improvements

Compile and document business user requirements

Communicate changes, recommendations, and procedures to business teams

Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in the business to d rive adoption of to-be business processes

Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities

Support s activities to enable rapid decisions making and the resolutions of risks, issues and key decisions

Participate s in process workshops, supporting the Workstream L eads

Coordinates with business team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables

Support s business SME’s with execution of data cleansing, data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise supplier master and transactional data

Support the c reation and delivery of training content

Responsible for coordination of key testing activities including test scenario scoping, test script approval s , test data readiness, and test execution

Responsible for support ing hyper care activities post business go-live
