The Paid Services team is looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and seasoned Program Manager for its Training Division to help create and lead our Costa Rica New Hire training initiatives as we rapidly grow our participating Seller Partner base.
We want a Program Manager with passion to innovate, who enjoys training and developing others, and who likes to tackle complex ambiguous projects.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, instructional design experience, and training delivery and will : · Act as the Paid Services lead for all operations trainings.
The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-
paced environment. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative. The candidate must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
