    We’ll be looking you to performfunctional analysis of the client’s current business process and supportingdocumentation.

    You should participate in meetings with client subject matterexperts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements.

    For therole we require you to record progress and provide status reports to theappropriate WU Management, project and team leads.

    You will identify processimprovement opportunities and facilitate necessary reengineering of businessprocess. You need to prepare design specification artifacts defining businessrules, outbound communication, reports, and input / output files.

    You will alsocoordinate and drive joint requirements gathering and design meetings withclients. Support the sign-off process for design specification deliverables.

    You will prepare PowerPoint, Visio / Lucid Chart documents as necessary. As part ofyour role you need to conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT (asnecessary), and system testing on the developed solution.

    For this role, we require you to have a bachelor’sdegree with minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience working in a BusinessAnalyst role gathering and documenting requirements.

    You should be a motivatedself-starter with solid task tracking and follow up skills and demonstratestrong teamwork and collaboration skills.

    For the role you should haveExcellent communication skills written and verbal (English Level 83%-C1minimum), including the ability to communicate technical solutions tonon-technical staff.

    Your ability to differentiate between functional andsolution requirements will make you to stand out. Also, your ability to planand manage time effectively across multiple simultaneous project activities andmeet target deadlines.

    You should have experience with software developmentlife cycle (SDLC) methodologies specific to requirements analysis, businessprocesses analysis and modeling, preparing business design specifications, andlogical data modeling is preferred Advanced MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
