Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) has as a mission to serve and assist our users in the production of their stories, by providing a white-glove care support.
We are looking for an organized and energetic individual with excellent communication skills that can provide an elevated level of customer support to our Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) user mainly based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as the current marketplaces (US, CA, UK, IE).
This new position will be responsible for working internally throughout the Audible organization to ensure ACX users are cared for with white glove treatment.
The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours and have the ability to excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
Proficient (English and German)
Key Responsibilities :
Provide an elevated level of customer support to our ACX user base
Responsible for providing business consultation towards audiobook production pre and post inquiries
Cooperatively work with peers towards time sensitive goals and initiatives
Identify, develop, implement, and maintain ACX processes
Excellent German and English communications skills (both oral and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, efficiently and in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree college or university preferred.
Experience in book publishing & contractual agreements preferred.
Audio Production experience.
Be able to communicate initiatives, findings and callouts clearly to stakeholders.
Have a passion for diving deep. Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and workgroup need.
Must be a team player who is self-motivated, has a sense of urgency and has the ability to multi task.
