  • Process Improvement and Projects
  • Support the Process Improvement & Migrations Lead in reporting and tracking of initiatives, identification of initiatives to help drive the HRSS Reengineering function
  • Participate and contribute to develop a rolling continuous (process) improvement roadmap / master plan annually focused on business needs.
  • Utilizes Lean, and other continuous improvement (CI) methodologies to drive a culture of learning, a dedication to ongoing improvement, and a focus on sustainable results
  • Each process improvement analyst will be the asked to drive projects of varying scale to proper completion
  • Perform data collection, interpretation and analysis for opportunity identification;
  • Identify solid Requirements against both system & process improvement opportunities;
  • Identifies activities that could be streamlined or eliminated;
  • Lead and drive testing of process & system enhancements, provide objective track record of the results;* Identifies and works with team to execute projects in the Value Stream.
  • Work with Management Staff to develop plans to implement Lean concepts* Develops, implements, and leads company-wide team efforts in establishing and / or improving key performance indicators such as product quality, waste reduction, process performance,*Leads Kaizen Events, and trains and coaches the leadership team and cross functional lean coordinators network in the principles, methods, and applications of Lean techniques such that CI is integrated into management systems.
  • Leads the continuous improvement teams to help drive lean initiatives within the organization and recognizing and celebrating successes in the management of our Kaizen events, 5S implementation, daily management process, recognition, training and best practice sharing
  • Support and participate in execution of process & system improvements and enhancements;
  • Regional transformation programs support from re-engineering side;
  • Support Transition Projects to operations and identify opportunities for process & system enhancements before activities transitioned to Operation;
  • Ensures performance standards are geared to business needs;
  • Develop an expert level understanding over given end-to-end process (HRSS product) including relevant systems;
  • Continuously educate and coach people who are part of re-engineering projects for Lean and process improvement tools and techniques;
  • Support culture change toward one of continuous improvement and contribute to become a learning organization
  • Develops and maintain strong supporting partnership with Key stakeholders;
  • Deals with conflicting time demands in order to achieve objectives;
  • Stays up-to-date with issues, trends and Citigroup policies;
  • Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of professional experience;
  • Process Improvement experience;
  • Process Management*Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard, Lean, six sigma and other continues improvements tools
  • Planning Management and Project Management
  • Shared Services experience;
  • Broad understanding of business processes, especially of HR & Payroll;
  • Proven experience with work simplification and redesign;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects and applying Lean tools;
  • PeopleSoft HR, any ticketing system, SharePoint experience is an advantage;
  • Basic statistical knowledge;
  • Advanced knowledge of Blueworks (any other process mapping application), Visio, Excel, Access;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • System approach and structured, project-oriented way of thinking;
  • Ability, personality to encourage and motivate others; IT competency;
  • Superior ability to learn new concepts and pass the knowledge along to others;
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and be detail oriented;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and work diligently under pressure;
  • Customer driven (internal and external), result oriented;
  • Pragmatic approach to achieving the objectives set, able to flex an approach as needed
  • Experience in building and maintaining project plans

  • Navigates complexity to create clear, often unique solutions.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience
  • English is mandatory. Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Excel, Sharepoint, SQL, Other Technologies
