The Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive significant membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements.

The team drives global growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, add-on / up-sell and customer retention.

In this role, you will be a strategic leader passionate about driving Americas Digital Sales growth. You will have a strong perspective on customer data that translates into impactful recommendations.

This role is highly cross functional and will collaborate across several organizations to ensure goal alignment and strong execution of strategic priorities that drive ARR and customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with marketing, product management, adobe.com, and commerce teams to drive initiatives across acquisition, retention, and upsell that help deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Have a clear perspective on business trends across traffic, conversion and ARR that result in insights into current quarter ARR outlook and lead to impactful recommendations for growth
  • Provide quarterly financial outlook across multiple Creative Cloud segments based on leading business trends
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, their challenges, and behaviors and that will generate incremental revenue while improving relevancy
  • Build out America’s promotional strategy and partner with multiple organizations to optimize promotional customer experiences across key digital surfaces such as Adobe.

  • Collaborate across organizations on performance and impacts of AB testing on ARR, product mix, and customer experience
  • Strong ability to work across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals and drive growth
  • Build clear presentations based on data to prioritize and advocate for testing opportunities across teams
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • BS / BA with 6-8+ years software, e-commerce, high tech or management consulting experience, MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results
  • Knowledge of working with systems such as Tableau, Power BI, and web Analytics
  • Self-starter, exhibiting strong leadership in moving initiatives forward across multiple teams
  • Strength in building positive relationships across teams including Product Management, Growth, Product Marketing, and Program / Project Management
  • Knowledge of analyzing web data that leads to recommendations for site optimization and improved conversion
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, makes arguments in a compelling manner
