WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
As BES PMO Senior Manager, you are responsible for the success of the project(s) you manage for the organization and to :
Plan, execute and deliver projects on time, in budget and within scope and quality
Gather requirements, design, implement and ensure a successful go-live and cutover phases are completed
Track and report project status and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks and be accountable for the realization of the business value of your project(s).
Develop the strategies and plans to drive adoption of the processes and tools produced as result of each project
Coordinate, prioritize, plan and ensure skill sufficiency for internal and external project team members. Together with key stakeholders, functional leaders and the Transformation Director (when applicable)
Manage interdependencies across other projects and organizations serving as main integration point for other workstreams and dependent projects.
Ensure sound financial stewardship is used throughout the project(s) from business case confirmation to value realization.
Establish project success metrics and collection processes.
Act as gatekeeper working closely with the Business Process Transformation (BPT) and BES Global Leadership Team - on project methodology, tools, techniques, standards and deliverables, always ensuring an adequate experience for the Primos we support.
Skills and Experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
To be successful in this role you will have / be :
Ability to oversee the management of projects to ensure successful delivery (on time and within budget) while identifying company priorities, potential issues / risks, and project returns
Experience working in a global, matrixed organizations
Relevant experience leading or collaborating with large Technology projects is preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
Process focused with an understanding of end-to-end business processes and their financial impacts
Ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership
Strong oral and written communication skills - ability to influence effectively to inspire and sustain change
Proficiency in English language a must
Experience managing a PMO office is a must
The following experiences are preferred :
Experience in the Spirits and / or Beverage industry is a distinct advantage
Experience in Information Technology
Experience in an Enterprise Project Management Office capability desired
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification PMI
Relevant education :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business / Industrial Engineering required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
