Intel IT's Customer and Sales Solutions CX team is seeking a Product Manager to partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to drive the "content pipeline" capabilities that enable business units to create and manage content and publish to

This role ensures our solutions and capabilities can scale across, partners, developers, products, and other experiences to act as one of the major channels Intel interacts with our customers.

This role would include managing a global team to ensure both strategy and execution across the content pipeline capabilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Collaborate and build a solid relationship with the business partners to translate business strategy and objectives into actionable roadmaps and value delivery accountable to the BU for the overall delivery of a portfolio of IT products and capabilities

Manages the customer relationship and represents IT as a strategic partner of an Intel Business Unit for full-stack business process solutions.

Manages relationships across multiple IT groups to provide a single voice to business partners.

Responsible for the learning and investment phases for new capabilities prior to execution.

Ensures portfolio backlogs are prioritized to maximize business value realization, and plans are transparent to all stakeholders including Business Unit, Program Managers, SW Engineering Managers, Architecture, and Product Owners.

Collaborate with technical leaders to develop end to end data models, processes, solutions and collaborate with IT portfolios to drive a connected implementation across contact, account, and identity.

Serves as the proxy for all the stakeholders to their scrums and can speak for the commitment of their scrums. Leads Product Owner (PO) working group made up of POs from their scrums.

Manages priorities, status and progress, trade-offs, escalations, impediment removal, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and value realization during the release cycle.

As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

The candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits :

Experience working on data projects that span contact, account, and hierarchy management.

Proven experience in demonstrating stakeholder management, leadership engagement, and influencing stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Excellent communication skills to work across a globally diverse set of teams, management, and customers.

Demonstrated skills to elicit and analyze requirements, design connected solutions, and communicate effectively to the Product Owner and tech team as needed.

A self-starter with solid analytical and critical thinking skills to learn and apply.

Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to apply tangible data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause / analyses.

Strategic and business value-driven mindset to plan, prioritize and influence customers and partners.

Proven success in establishing and delivering large scale transformational programs with complex TCM.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously.

Solid leadership, negotiating and stakeholder management, risk management, motivational and organizational skills required.

Leading cross-functional teams, across multiple geographic locations.


Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years working in positions involving stakeholder management, and product / program management with strong technical and domain knowledge.

3+ years working in defining and delivering products, managing cross-functional dependencies to deliver business outcomes.

3+ years working as a manager working in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with Adobe AEM, CSS, Search, and Marketing automation capabilities.

Experience developing, managing, and product ownership for content creation, management and delivery into experiences supporting internal users and Intel customers.

Experience working with Agile projects will be an advantage.

Formal or informal solution Design experience.

Basic knowledge of SAFe and scaled agile methodology.
