As a manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electronics, Electrical / Industrial Engineering or similar field.
8+ Years of Experience in Electronics Assembly and Test Manufacturing with focus on Quality Operations.
2+ Years of demonstrated experience in formal / informal management positions that involve leadership of multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in Mechanical / Electronics, Electrical / Industrial Engineering or similar field.
Knowledge / Experience on application of ISO Standards (9001 : 20015) and Process Control Systems.
Familiar with Quality Management System Tools such as Change Control Tools and Non-Conforming Material Disposition Tools.
Familiar with Supplier / Customer Communication processes
