Technical support representatives help customers troubleshoot issues, providing daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
Responsible for installing equipment, maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with others to improve the company’s system requirements.
What you’ll do
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end user software and hardware support for Company's employees and partners in multiple geographies.
Document requests, incidents and user queries, and monitor solution processes.
Provide basic training and operational services to end users.
Prepare software distribution packaging and automation for local systems.
What experience you need
High School Diploma / Technical High School Graduate
Fluent in English skills both oral and written (B2 / C1)
Technical Support Technician certification or similar
