The Order Management Junior Analyst will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the Order Management process. Scope of position includes handling and resolving internal and external stakeholder requests by phone and email.
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
To execute the order entry process for products as per received instructions
To validate and process Credit / Debit / Return notes for customers as required
Guarantee that all keyed information follows the established guidelines present in the corresponding Work Instructions for each attainable process.
Meet internal Service Level agreements, quality standards and daily volume in a satisfactory manner.
Through daily problem resolution, identify and propose process improvement
Collaborate with various organizations to resolve process and / or technical issues across multiple ERP systems
Properly and effectively report issues that cannot be resolved real time
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity
Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture
Business Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English languages
Basic to Intermediate PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Works effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure and with a high degree of professionalism
Team player with a focus on collaboration and goal achievement.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
Proven commitment to educational and professional development
1 year of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company.
