These big stories need to be told through effective advertising and innovative media planning. Reporting to the Director of Advertising & Media Strategy, we are looking for a Senior Media Manager to lead the development of coordinated comms plans and media strategies that build a stage to showcase Adobe’s creative heritage, leadership, and innovation across B2C and B2B categories.
What you’ll do
Act as the day to day lead on various advertising campaigns, developing high-impact media plans that find audiences in unexpected ways and take advantage of relevant cultural moments
Collaborate with cross-functional partners within the Adobe organization such as Campaign marketing, Adobe’s in-house creative studio, Geos, Performance Media, Customer Insights & Research, and Product Marketing organizations to drive strategic development and implementation of media plans
Point person for our media AOR, working as their partner to drive the process end to end and enable the best possible work for Adobe
Maintain schedules, budgets and communications to ensure a smooth workflow
What you’ll need to succeed
8 10 years of experience in developing breakthrough media strategies for global companies, either in-house or at an agency, preferably in Media Planning or Comms Planning roles
Deep understanding of the full funnel of advertising channels, from awareness driving TV to demand generating display, and everything in between
Ability to use data and research, as well as cultural and industry insights, to ensure we are carving out a unique role in the marketplace
Ability to inspire creative teams to adopt new media opportunities
Comfort in a fast paced, dynamic, creatively driven environment
Self-starter who can work autonomously and take ownership of all aspects of their projects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive consensus across the organization
Ability to balance strategic thought leadership skills with outstanding project management skills
A strong global approach and experience in crafting campaigns that run in markets around the world
A genuine interest in culture and active consumer of new media
A passion for Adobe products
