Job Description :
Support Services is responsible for providing reliable infrastructure and application support to enable better business decisions, significantly reducing the cost of IT while delivering more to the business, lowering the risk to the enterprise with better control of the infrastructure, and being a showcase for enterprise customers.
Compliance & Risk Management is part of Support Services Organization there for this position will be responsible for :
Provide Compliance Management, IT General Control Testing and Audit Support.
Possess knowledge of Compliance Management principals including but not limited to Testing, Execution, Application Security, Application Maintenance, Application Operation others in addition to MS Operating Systems, database (SQL, Oracle) and SAP.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) aligned to compliance policies and guidelines predetermined to execute the role at all times.
Review critical and sensitive authorizations, implement improvements to meet audit requirements.
Interacting and guiding support team on Compliance principles & practices
Ensure all deliverables by the support team are as per process documents and any non-compliance is identified and reported within required timeframe
Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
Should have excellent team leading capability and ensure that the team works and achieves best results in quick time.
Should be able to peer up in discussion and issue resolution with L1-L3 level teams and prove expertise in related areas in quick time.
Bachelor degree (MCA, M.SC., (IT / CS), B. Tech., (IT / CS), M. Tech., (IT / CS))
ITIL certification preferred
Overall 4-7 years of experience
2-4 years of experience with any audits, Control Testing and capabilities
Understanding and expertise in Compliance and Security policies and guidelines
Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows or UNIX / Linux), databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), SAP security
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be able to fluently communicate in English.
Ability to work in large and globally distributed team.
Experience of various Estimation Techniques will be an added advantage
Flexible to learn new technologies
Willingness to work in shifts
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Zeal to improve analytical and validation skills.
