What is your mission in this role?
Successfully Lead ATL Operations in Costa Rica improving upon current processes and developing strategic initiatives to support expansion of capabilities and capacity in the years ahead.
Lead and influence the local functional teams operating in and supporting Costa Rica including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Finance.
Demonstrate strong leadership and active participation at the Global Operations level collaborating with other site GMs.
Grow the capabilities of the CR plant and the team in support of ATL Technology's customers and overall strategy.
What you will be doing :
As the leader of ATL's fastest growing manufacturing site, you will oversee all aspects of operations, developing a high performing team, attracting and retaining talent as we scale operations, developing and executing a strategy for growth, capacity and capabilities of the operation to support the production requirements to meet the sales objectives.
This includes all resources (human, material, equipment, and plant). This is a great next step for an operations leader who is looking for the GM role or an experienced GM looking for the opportunity to build out operations for a fast-growing company.
What we expect from you :
Minimum 10 years experience in Manufacturing environment and 5 years experience managing in manufacturing, delivering strong P&L performance in operations and proven experience scaling operations and top line growth.
Proven experience leading continuous improvement in manufacturing, supply chain management and strategy, medical device industry preferred.
People focused leader who can develop teams and lead by example. You must be an English spoken person.
