The Opportunity

The Group Manager, B2B Engagement Strategy owns the customer engagement strategy for Adobe's Digital Media business offerings.

With over $11B in annual recurring revenue across Creative Cloud and Document Cloud product lines, engagement & retention is one of the top strategic priorities at Adobe!

Thus, we seek a results-oriented leader to advance our B2B engagement strategy with the goal of improving business customer retention and growth.

The opportunity is vast, covering the end-to-end user experience of our most strategic products like Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Acrobat, Sign, and more for all business accounts from the local small business to the world's largest brands.

What you'll Do

  • Develop the Digital Media B2B engagement strategy and operating plan to drive product adoption, customer retention, and account expansion at scale
  • Apply a data-driven approach to operating model by setting measurable business goals, tracking key performance indicators, and turning insights into action
  • Lead a team of B2B engagement managers to develop product and segment specific engagement plans that achieve business goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in product management, marketing, customer success, etc to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Coordinate execution of engagement programs with partner teams across all potential touchpoints including in-product, email, web, in-person, etc
  • Present proposals, plans and results to senior leaders
  • What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience driving successful engagement of business customers at scale for a mid to large sized software company
  • Great balance of critical thinking, customer empathy, and outstanding analytical skills to quickly turn data into meaningful insights that inform strategy.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a high-performance team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed environment and collaborate with key internal teams
  • Ability to take initiative on new projects and drive complex, ambiguous issues to resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with credibility and confidence
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
