As the Supply Chain Talent & Learning Admin, you will be responsible for but not limited to :

Efficient process execution and transaction support playing a critical role in maintaining data integrity and be the main hub of the daily operations of our end-to-end centralized college recruiting and hiring processes, from a requisition posting to a new employee's first day of work.

Managing VRT (virtual recruitment program); act as a liaison between Intel and candidates, working closely with Recruiting and Integration Program managers, Hiring Managers, and recruiting volunteers.

Prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, document retention, and candidate tracking.

Work with Staffing to ensure new hire data corrections.

Occasionally, coordinates learning solutions, courses, and leadership training, scheduling training, and coordinating vendor-led training.

Support the Supply Chain New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions and partner with SC NEO Lead to deliver the SC NEO.

  • Answer candidates', managers', and team's inquiries quickly; communicate status of activities to all stakeholders clearly and quickly;
  • and, provide feedback as to status of the candidates in the process to the candidate or to the team to ensure close looped process.

    Tracks applicant status and reports on any lag to standard SLAs.

    Plan and coordinate recruitment events, new employee events, conferences, etc.

    Open and manage requisitions in Work Day.

    Act as survey expert for the organization by understanding and guiding others through the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process and by creating surveys utilizing Qualtrics.

    Update Biweekly Supply Chain Jobs Bulletin.

    Provide miscellaneous admin support to the team as needed; communicating clearly and expeditiously the status of deliverables and any challenges and roadblocks.

    During recruiting season there maybe a need to contact candidates or work overtime and non-standard hours for instance if it is important to reach a candidate in a different time zone to expedite the interview process and retain the talent during challenging competitive hiring seasons.

    The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits :

  • Attention to details of logistics; clear communication to all stakeholders; process orientation to ensure events are coordinated in a logical flow and be able to utilize different forms of communication to determine the best mode based on need and urgency;
  • willingness to make independent judgments based on circumstances.


    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications :

    The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below :

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    5+ years of experience in hiring, new hire onboarding, and managing meetings.

    5+ years experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

    This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    2+ years of Intel Administrative experience.

    Knowledge and experience with Share Point, WorkDay, Handshake, Microsoft Teams, and Qualtrics.

    Team player focused on One Intel, Collaboration, Results Orientation and wants to be part of a collaborative, fun, do what it takes a team.

    Survey experience (will manage Qualtrics license for the team, and program surveys).

    Process improvement quality.
