Passionate about cloud computing, security, and system design? This is your opportunity to build backend compute services for a team that will be changing the camera industry.
Adobe's EPG (Emerging Product Group), led by VP and Fellow Marc Levoy, is seeking a Computer Scientist to join our team in San Jose, California.
You will be a member of a core team that is exploring next-generation product opportunities centered around the concept of a universal camera app empowered by machine learning, computer vision, and computational photography.
As part of this effort, we need tooling that will enable us to run a diverse range of graphics, vision, machine learning, and general compute tasks in the cloud, in particular on AWS.
Our needs include multi-machine clusters, flexible data management systems for tens of thousands of photographic images and metadata, and the training and versioning of machine learning models.
These tools will support our launch of a mobile app, rather than product deployment in the cloud. The tools you will build can furthermore serve broader Adobe projects and products, especially in Research, where lightweight solutions and agile exploration are of paramount importance.
