Job Description

The Role / Responsibilities :

The Change Manager works under the direction of the VP-Change Management to assist in implementing and delivering the Finance Transformation Change Management Program, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, involved, engaged and equipped with the appropriate skills so the change is successfully delivered and embedded within the Finance organization.

Communications and Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Lead on the development and delivery of FT Communications Support to enable user understanding and adoption of all changes
  • Support management of the FT Engagement Networks (Leaders and Champions) and lead on content development for the Engagement Network meetings (takes place monthly) including development of network materials, support with Champion FAQs for employee meetings, mentorship / support to Champions on Champion role / responsibilities
  • Lead on delivery of Global Engagement Experiences (to take place quarterly) including overall process coordination, development of content, management of logistics
  • Identify and utilize social, mobile, video and other tools to promote user engagement
  • Workforce Development ( WFD )

  • Support the design and delivery of learning strategies and interventions to develop the Finance organization
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify and determine training needs and requirements
  • Support design and delivery of interventions that address training needs
  • Support the delivery of learning solutions using a blend of delivery mechanisms (augmented / virtual reality platforms, just-in-time learning, instructional design tools)
  • Support the project management of WFD activity, including facilitation of meetings, coordination of activities, follow up with assigned action owners
  • Other :

  • Provide oversight and guidance to other Change resources as required
  • Any other ad hoc duties as specified by the VP-Change Management.
  • Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of Finance business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Organizational Change Manager / Change Analyst, Human Resources / Learning & Development or in Communications role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational / project management skills, analytic skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Change Management methodology and best practices
  • Experience in content creation and / or learning design and delivery
  • Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
  • Details orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to advise and influence colleagues and business partners
  • Strong positive attitude, with sense of self-motivation and accountability
  • Adaptable, flexible ad open to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of individuals and teams
