Support the HRSS LATAM Process Improvement & Migrations lead in reporting and tracking of initiatives, identification of initiatives to help drive the HRSS Process Improvement & Migrations function.

Support the HRSS Resource and Location strategy initiative through monthly tracking, reporting and analysis Participate and contribute to develop a rolling continuous (process) improvement roadmap / master plan annually focused on business needs.

  • Perform data collection, interpretation and analysis for opportunity identification;
  • Identify solid Requirements against both system & process improvement opportunities;
  • Identifies activities that could be streamlined or eliminated.
  • Contact with CHRO, HR partners, Regional Heads and key players (HR Operations Managers and some other participants) to present the project in order to identify the needs of each country and define the scope, strategy and resources needed for the implementation of the project, taking care of the budget assigned.

    Work with the methodology and deliverables required by the PMO during all the phases of the project. This includes the track of the project and the deliverables like monthly dashboards for senior Stakeholders and partners, making sure that we are in compliance with risk & controls.

    Build a strong relationship with HR partners and key player. Coordination with HRSS teams to assure the execution of the project accurately and in a timely manner

  • Lead Transition Projects to operations and identify opportunities for process & system enhancements before activities transitioned to Operation;
  • Identifies when tasks / projects are not on track and takes appropriate action;
  • Ensures performance standards are geared to business needs;
  • Displays commitment to getting results;
  • Actively seeks, uses and shares input / ideas of others;
  • Develop an expert level understanding over given end-to-end process (HRSS product) including relevant systems;
  • Deals with conflicting time demands in order to achieve objectives;
  • Stays up-to-date with issues, trends and Citigroup policies;
  • Communicate with various levels and functions within the organization to drive consensus and change.
  • Qualifications

  • Shared Services experience;
  • Broad understanding of business processes, especially of HR & Payroll;
  • Proven experience with work simplification and redesign;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects Proficient in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Any ticketing system, SharePoint experience is an advantage; Visio, Excel, Access;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • System approach and structured, project-oriented way of thinking;
  • Ability, personality to encourage and motivate others; IT competency;
  • Superior ability to learn new concepts and pass the knowledge along to others;
