Key Responsibilities

  • Answer payroll inquiries from employees
  • Comply with payroll with audit and legal requirements
  • Coordinate with vendor payroll calendar and key dates
  • Review and follow up on payroll information received by third parties (Medical insurance, bank, transportation etc.)
  • Payroll file preparation, incidences changes and updates
  • Review and approve payroll data
  • Run payroll reports in excel and Oracle
  • Manage and update payroll data in Oracle
  • Work with HRIS and HR Service Center on manager actions and issues
  • Support pay slips employee access
  • Review and deliver salary statements to employees
  • Coordinate separation process with managers (Instructions and payroll requirements)
  • Oracle testing and automation
  • Generate payroll procedures, manuals & guidelines for employees and managers
  • University student in a related career
  • At least 1 years of experience in processing payroll data or working with related concepts
  • At least 2 years of experience in face to face customer service.
  • Experience working with ORACLE or related systems
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Strong verbal and writing English skills.Detail oriented
