The Opportunity

Come join Adobe’s Global Talent Operations Team as a Senior Program Manager. You will be a key contributor to help develop and optimize program management, data- driven operations, ATS optimization, and change management! Your main responsibilities include working in collaboration with Talent leadership and cross functional teams to lead the organizations through enterprise changes and align to global strategies.

We are looking for someone with change management, corporate communications experience, with a passion for facilitation.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, building, and execution of the change management program for Adobe Global Talent and initiatives including optimization of hiring processes, technology infrastructure, vendor management, and strategy
  • Lead talent systems enablement which includes developing, socializing, and facilitating HR systems training and change management
  • Develop training content and communications for Global Talent Programs and enterprise initiatives
  • Align programs to drive key initiatives within our internal and external hiring strategies
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams across Adobe’s Employee Experience organization including Diversity & Inclusion, Technology & Insights, Total Rewards, and Talent Marketing for all training and change management activities.
  • Drive operational excellence and global alignment across talent processes & systems to align with Adobe's overall priorities
  • What You Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on program management, learning and development, and / or change management
  • BS / BA is required
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to connect, distill key messages, and present them in a compelling way to multiple internal audiences
  • Workday Recruiting experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate collaboratively and influence as a trusted partner
  • Experience building, revising, implementing, and delivering on internal and external hiring programs / projects in a rapidly growing global organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a constantly evolving business landscape
  • Comfortable working independently, jointly, and cross-functionally in a geographically distributed matrix organization
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and operational rigor
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $111,700 - $145,000

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
