Lead IT ramp-up / down in assigned geography or site. Plan and coordinate all related activities including telephony, network / connectivity, WIFI, hardware and software services.
Serve as liaison between IT Service Delivery, site, country and IT leaders as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure escalations, issues / risks, project / program status and wins are communicated, prioritized and understood
Continually collaborate with site, country and IT leaders to deliver high quality results on time and within budget
Support the IT Director / Manager on any tasks assigned
Support and deliver global IT initiatives across assigned geography / site
Maintain and communicate rolling calendar for BCP and DRP testing for site(s)
Support and coordinate all activities associated with DRPs testing
Ensure project teams adhere to established policies and procedures
Participate in day-to-day activities of the local IT department to ensure systems, services, and infrastructure are up and running reliably and securely
Prepare and deliver IT-related site KPI reports and scorecards, such as Service Level and Operations metrics; make recommendations based on trends
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve performance and quality, automation and / or innovation.
Practice and encourage knowledge sharing with a focus on establishing best practices
Strong relationship management and team orientation; ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment
Strategic thinker who can partner with key stakeholders to drive the direction of the business
Superior communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced and highly matrix environment
Ability to make complex prioritization trade-offs and tactical decisions using sound business judgment, analytical and reasoning skills
Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous / open ended business challenges
Ability to manage multiple and complex work streams and work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in transformational outcomes
A passion for innovation with demonstrated ability to drive capabilities innovation and resultant business growth; experience in applying existing and emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals
