Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, train, and encourage the most active members to join and contribute to the managed member program
  • Engage with members to build relationships and become a trusted partner in the community
  • Help develop a member program pipeline that leverages external networks and run community outreach activities to advance the program
  • Become an expert on the community platform features and manage bugs and feature requests. Work closely with the platform operations team to escalate issues and set expectation for users.
  • Proactively create and implement ways to recognize members for their achievements
  • Keep the community safe by moderating members who don’t adhere to the Code of Conduct
  • Measure the health of the community by running reports, analyzing results, and gathering insights
  • Required Skills :

    Basic Qualifications :

  • Relevant work experience in area of community management, recruiting, customer service, and / or account management
  • Ability to speak and write in English as well as Spanish
