As a Service Compliance Specialist your goal is to drive incremental software revenue by collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to discover, qualify, and deliver revenue settlements due to misuse of NI Software intellectual property.
Maintain a continuous and streamlined communication channel with NI partners to identify software misuse incidents that could be translated into new software agreements.
Request, prepare and filter data from NI Software install base to exclude false positive cases and enable your extended team to pursuit these contract settlements.
Assist to recurrent meetings with NI partners and internal stakeholders to review the pipeline of compliance cases, make decisions over current opportunities and work towards the continuous improvement of processes.
Keep compliance cases well documented and timely maintained to provide reporting insight to your leadership team.

The results of your work will contribute directly to the Software revenue goals of NI as part of the Services Operations organization.
