As a Customer Service Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and financial services companies in the Nation.
Other responsibilities include :
1+ year experience in customer service over the phone. Your professionalism and outstanding customer service skills will be keys to success in our fast-paced collection environment.
The right candidate should also have computer skills, strong communication skills in order to negotiate effectively (Excellent / Fluent English level - 90% or above - speaking , writing and comprehension skills), attention to detail, type 40 WPM, High School Diploma and a clean delinquency record.
Candidates with INA training / graduation are a plus. Previous experience working with a Financial Institution is a plus.
