Job Description

The position focus is to ensure the correct execution of the sales and trade dynamics plans defined by the Trade Marketing Coordinator and country Sales Manager.

Also provide support to drive MU business growth year by year, ensuring sustained growth of all BU's in the 3 channels OT, DTS, WHS

  • Built key trade initiatives in coordination with key accounts enhancing customers volume and PepsiCo profitability
  • Conect with commercial agreement trade initiatives to strength customer relationship and volume
  • Identifies market trends and deploy commercial strategies to capatilize growth along with sales team
  • Refresh Execution standars and provide Point Of Sale execution visibility
  • Support Commercial transformational project from a trade and merchandising perspective
  • Track Top line end to end OT, DTS & WHS initiatives from ideation, S&OP Building Block connection and playbook communication to FL
  • Design and tracking of sales contests all channels
  • Support Country Sales Manager on S&OP Process Results & Trends
  • Manage and execute OT, DTS & WHS building blocks in the S&OP Process (1 Team Plan)
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Tools : Advance MS Office applications, SAP, SalesForce, Excell, business intelligence applications, PMI tools and Change Management Tools, management with marketing agencies, experience in seasonality management.

    College Degree on one of these áreas : Industrial, Comercial Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, MBA desirable

    Experience of at least 3 years in similar positions in companies of massive consumption.
