Additional Comments :
Be the single point of contact and manage the overall coordination for system build and deploy from three labs in Costa Rica, US (Oregon) and India (Bangalore).
Comply with the expected targets for each variant within the PC / chipset product line.?Keep an updated understanding of the current system availability in the lab, including quantities and status (which systems have what components connected, which ones require components, etc), and use it to reconcile quantities with all needed parties as required.
Keep an updated understanding of the current progress of the deployment per SKU and per site, and coordinate the weekly report to be sent to the respective stakeholders.
Define the priorities as per current demand of systems, as well as delivered quantities per system.?Communicate the priorities to the required stakeholders.
Define the needed actions across the build and deployment labs to comply with the targets and priorities, and monitor their compliance.
Keep control of shipments status, content and delivery.?Facilitate the HW Daily Synch up meeting and eliminate roadblocks to deploy progression.
Coordinate the tickets ordering across different sites for external hardware purchasing.?Coordinate the needed meetings with different stakeholders as needed to maintain the progress of the deliverables.
