FastTrack App Assure Manager

As FastTrack App Assure Manager (AAM), you will serve and help customers ensure their custom developed applications run effectively on Windows 10, M365 Apps, Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft New Edge, and select services in Win10 on ARM devices.

This is done by identifying their application compatibility needs, coordinating with technical resources to drive remediation of application compatible issues, and collecting / reporting feedback and issues encountered to help improve Windows and Office application compatibility.

Technical Advisor :

  • Facilitate timely and impactful engagement of Application Compatibly technical resources to resolve application compatibility issues with Windows 10, M365 Apps, Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft New Edge, and select services on Win10 on ARM devices.
  • Gather input from the customer to determine their application remediation needs and effectively track progress of their application assure activity.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate key application compatibly feedback to improve Windows and Office products and end to end FastTrack Application Assure process.
  • Planning Organizing & Executing :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple teams within customers.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other customer facing account personnel in the Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams.
  • Required :

  • 4 to 10+ years technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work
  • OR Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent’s experience AND 1 to 6+ year technical consulting, Information Technology (IT) administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work.
  • Windows Desktop, M365 Apps, Windows Virtual Desktop and Microsoft New Edge and / or Application Development competency : Possess the knowledge.
  • Customer and Partner Focus :

  • Demonstrate skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for our customers and Partners.
  • Collaboration :

  • Collaboration on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities.
  • Planning Organizing & Executing :

  • Strong organizational / time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work across a virtual team that has remote team members and crosses organization boundaries.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with Windows desktop management, M365 Apps, Windows Virtual Desktop and Microsoft New Edge and / or application development.
  • Effectively communicate with customer and partner application developers.
  • Effectively coordinate with Microsoft application compatibility engineers.
  • Experience of Technical Consulting, Project Management, Support, or Microsoft Field experience.
