ResponsabilitiesPerforms employee development and administrative supervision of direct reports

  • Manages payroll, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary measures
  • Periodical reviews on quality and training procedures, standards and specifications
  • Assures SLAs are met according to customer and operational needs
  • Identifies training and quality needs for development or improvement of current programs
  • Identifies opportunities for automation to improve efficiencies
  • Investigates causes of quality and training gaps, suggests changes, proposes solutions and executes
  • Communicates with clients, and operations for driving key quality and training initiatives
  • Uses relevant tools and networking for business improvement and performance management
  • Participates in periodic strategic and operational planning sessions for the organization’s development
  • Execution of Round tables with Agents, trainees and other supported teams
  • Sets weekly team expectations of goals, responsibilities and deliverables
  • Foresees possible risks and actionable items prior to any occurrence
  • Properly executes, escalates, prioritizes and takes ownership of department and operational key deliverables
  • Successful execution on new hire waves planning
  • Executes team onboarding process for new members (quality evaluators & trainers)


  • 1 year Experience in people management (desired)
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in quality related field (desired)
  • Experience in training related field (desired)
  • English 85%+ level. Excellent and ADVANCED Written and spoken
  • Meeting KPIs for the past 3 months
  • Proficient in windows MS office (excel, PowerPoint). Desirable G- Suite knowledge
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern quality and training methods, tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Results and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively
  • Excellent attitude with a leadership mindset
  • Proactive and fast learner
  • Strong teamwork
