This role amalgamates systems, processes, NAM requirements and SSC team structure, capabilities and development. Your Role Coordinate and optimize all SSC airfreight processes to meet or exceed NAM business requirements Your Responsibilities Process Manager will maintain in depth knowledge of all NAM operational processes and related use of systems.
Process Manager will prioritize and integrate the needs of the regional business owners with the resources and capabilities of HER SSC.
PM will work with HER SSC management to grow the expertise of the teams and staff as the complexity of processes requires.
PM will be the channel point for development and implementation of all new processes coming into HER SSC (generally receiving through ABP's and ZAN's).
The PM will oversee super-user and trainer to ensure all teams and processes meet or exceed the quality and service level agreements.
The PM will keep abreast of all system changes, NAM process and system initiatives, and translate those needs into the SSC teams.
PM will seek to continuously improve the engagement with regional business owners, CCL's, OCC's and RCC's, through process optimization and automation.
PM will collaborate with SSC Air Freight manager to optimize the teams and productivity, thereby maintaining regular cost control and exploring means of cost reduction or avoidance.
PM will collaborate with PS team on all process inadequacies and improvement initiatives. PM will ensure all such initiatives are communicated and visible to regional business owners (Wiki).
PM will visit in region no less than 4 times per year including attendance in live trainings, ZAN meetings and other projects or initiatives as required.
Your Skills and Experiences Fluent in both spoken and written English, conversational in Spanish.High Proficiency in Excel, Access, Power Point, able to learn and adapt to web based technologies and resources (Wiki, MyKN.
